Accessibility statement

Last updated: 31 October 2026

1. Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use igoe.ai, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard, magnifier or other assistive technology. We are aiming for the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

2. How accessible this website is

We have not yet had a full, independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim that the site fully meets WCAG 2.2 AA. We think it is partly compliant: we have built accessibility in from the start and run the checks in section 4, but some issues may remain.

The site has been built so that:

  • every page has a "Skip to content" link
  • the page language is set to UK English, so screen readers pronounce it correctly
  • you can move around using a keyboard, with visible focus styles
  • animations switch off if your device is set to reduce motion
  • form fields have labels, and required fields are marked
  • decorative symbols are hidden from screen readers
  • it uses system fonts, with no third-party scripts, videos or embedded media

3. Known issues

Our automated tests on 31 October 2026 found two issues, and we fixed both the same day:

  • the company number link in the footer did not stand out enough from the text around it, so it is now underlined
  • some wide tables that scroll sideways on small screens could not be reached with a keyboard, so you can now tab to them and scroll with the arrow keys

Our downloadable one-page course summary (PDF) has not been checked for accessibility. If you need it in another format, email us and we will send it.

We do not know of any other problems. Automated tools only find some kinds of issue, and we have not yet tested the site with a screen reader or with disabled users, so there may be things we have missed. If you find one, please tell us.

4. How we tested

We last tested this website on 31 October 2026. We did the testing ourselves, using the free axe automated checker against WCAG 2.2 level A and AA. We checked every page on the site at a desktop width and a mobile width.

We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, and we have not tested with screen readers or other assistive technology. We plan to do more manual testing and will update this statement when we do.

5. If you have a problem

If you find something on igoe.ai hard to use, or you need information in a different format such as large print, plain text or an accessible document, please email josh@igoe.ai. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We will reply within 5 working days.

If you need adjustments to take part in our training, please tell us when you book.

6. Training materials

Our own training materials follow the same principles. Official Microsoft courseware is provided by Microsoft. If you need it in another format, tell us and we will do our best to help.

7. About this statement
